The Microelectronics Fabrication Center (MFC) at
NJIT is a dynamic interface between research, business, and education. MFC's class-10 and Class-1000 cleanroom facilities are equipped with cutting-edge micromachining technologies for fabricating MEMS, BioMEMS, and ACISs. MFC provideswafer processing serviceson 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-inch wafers of silicon, glass, ceramic, polymer, and ferroelectrics. MFC's engineering team meets all requirements of excellence in the partnership with industry.
