Biographical Sketch:
Dentcho Ivanov has been Director of the Microelectronics Fabrication Center and Research Professor in Biomedical Engineering since 2003. Prior to that, Dr. Ivanov served as Director of Technical Operations of the Microelectronics Research Center and Manager of the NJIT Class-10 cleanroom laboratory. Prior to joining NJIT in 1996 he was Senior Scientist at Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal, Canada. He has authored more than 120 papers and holds 12 patents on BioMEMS, integrated microsystems, microelectronics and micromachining technologies and devices.
